CYO Basketball remains the largest program serving the children of the Archdiocese. 1,400 basketball teams across all counties will lace up their basketball shoes this season and join in this historic program. Basketball is offered for boys and girls in grades 2 through 8, with some High School programming in Staten Island and Westchester. The season begins in November and concludes in March with the Archdiocese Championships at local Catholic High School or College facilities. CYO also offers a Spring League for boys and girls in grades 3 through HS. CYO Basketball serves over 16,000 children in our Diocese each year.
