The Westchester/Putnam CYO Spring 2024 Basketball League starts April 5th!
Each team will play nine regular season games, on weekends at gyms in Westchester or Monday – Thursday pending additional gym space. Each Division will have a maximum of 10 teams*(Divisions may be added or split based on entries, Grade divisions may be combined based on entries). We are looking for Parish-sponsored teams that compete in the CYO A or B divisions or lower level AAU teams. To continue the development and additional game experience, the C Level division will be offered pending interest. The registration form will ask you to describe the grade of the team you are entering. You will not be asked to pay the team registration fee until March, upon final confirmation as we finalize the Divisions.

• Spring League Mission: As a CYO League, the mission is to help children foster strong principles of teamwork and sportsmanship, while developing their physical talents, learning to play fairly and respecting their opponents.

• Season Dates:  Weekends starting April 5th  – June 9 , 2024 No games Memorial Day weekend. teams must be willing to play two games/day two of the available weekends of play.

• Playoffs:          4 Teams per Division, June 7, 8,9. A/B Division, C Division no playoffs

• Game Times:   Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 12pm-9pm.
                          *Some Monday – Thursday gym time available pending additional gym time.

• Divisions:       A and B level Boys and Girls Grades 3,4,5,6,7,8,9-10,11-12 Grade as of March 2024.    C level division will be considered based on entries and gym availability. C Division does not have playoffs, players play equal time, players must have been on a C division roster from winter CYO season.  

• Teams: Rosters cannot change after the first game. Open to all. Grade is the only eligibility requirement. neighboring CYO programs may join players.

• Previous and Pending Game Sites: St Patrick - Armonk, IC - Tuckahoe, Resurrection - Rye, St Joseph - Bronxville, Transfiguration - Tarrytown, others under consideration. 

• Uniforms: Teams will use own uniforms. Must have matching Jerseys for all Games. 

• Rules: WPCYO Spring CYO Rules apply. Two 18 minute halves w/running clock.

• CYO Code of Conduct: Strictly enforced for Coaches, Players and Fans.

• Pricing: $1200 per team. Covers All Ref Fees and gym fees for Season/Playoff Games.
